Terms of Service

Last updated: 20 August 2026

These Terms govern your use of Kali-Cloud (the "Service"), a hosted environment that streams isolated Linux desktops to your browser for education and authorized security testing. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service. If you use it on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

2. Acceptable use

Your use is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. In short: the Service is for learning and for testing systems you own or are explicitly authorized to test. Using it to attack third parties is strictly prohibited and may be reported to authorities.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Plans, billing & refunds

Free plans are provided as-is. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis and may be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Isolated environments

Environments are ephemeral and sandboxed. They may be suspended or destroyed at any time, including when a session ends, a time limit is reached, or abuse is detected. We are not responsible for data you fail to save from a session.

6. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

7. Prohibited conduct

You may not attempt to break out of your sandbox, attack the platform or other users, mine cryptocurrency, run persistent servers for third parties, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without notice.

8. Intellectual property

The Service and its content are owned by us or our licensors. Kali™ and Kali Linux™ are trademarks of OffSec; we are an independent hosting provider and are not affiliated with or endorsed by OffSec.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified through the Service. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
